Uniform Studios ships worldwide. However, customers are responsible for any customs and duty charges imposed by their country of residence. Please be aware of your country's import regulations and fees before placing an order.

2. Returns and Refunds

2.1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at hello@uniformstudios.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2.2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.

2.3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
